  • Ready for an experience that will transform your life?
  • Want to be a part of what God is doing in the world?
  • Want to help, work, laugh, love, cry, and worship with God's people?

Serving in a local ministry in a diocese of the Anglican Communion for one year, young adults will experience:

  • Cultural Engagement
  • Spiritual Commitment
  • Vocational Reflection

Open to Episcopalians 21-30 years of age, applicants will have a high degree of maturity and possess a faith commitment, a willingness to be a humble guest, a gracious ambassador, and an authentic companion.

The program is intended to bring young adults into the life of the Anglican Communion and into the daily work of a particular community; yet it brings the resources of the church into the lives of younger people as they explore the paths their faith may be leading them. The emphases of YASC include cultural engagement, spiritual commitment, and vocational reflection - lived out together in a work of service.
